Service Overview

This agreement ("Agreement") is between the undersigned ("Client") and Investor Level Up and Online Leads Group, software partners with GoHighLevel ("Service Provider"). This Agreement governs the use of the Unlimited GoHighLevel CRM package provided by the Service Provider.

Services Provided

The Service Provider will provide the Client with access to a customized Unlimited GoHighLevel CRM for a monthly fee of $97. This includes CRM automation development and ongoing customization support as needed.

Payments

The Unlimited GoHighLevel CRM package is billed at $97 per month. Payments are due monthly on the anniversary of the initial payment. All payments are final, and services are offered on a month-to-month basis, cancellable by either party at any time without penalty. Clients acknowledge that the Unlimited GoHighLevel CRM package typically costs $297 per month with GoHighLevel, but as a client of Investor Level Up and Online Leads Group, they receive the service for only $97 per month.

Liability

The CRM package is provided on an "as-is" basis. The Service Provider makes no warranties regarding the functionality, performance, or availability of GoHighLevel CRM services. The Service Provider will support the Client in setting up and maintaining CRM functionality, but the liability for core software issues lies with GoHighLevel.

Data Security

Client data stored in the CRM is hosted by GoHighLevel. The Service Provider cannot be held responsible for data breaches or losses occurring within GoHighLevel systems. The Client is encouraged to take reasonable precautions to secure their data.

Data Ownership

Client retains full ownership of all contact information and leads within the CRM. The Client's data remains theirs exclusively. The Service Provider may use aggregated and anonymized data from daily usage for the purposes of training artificial intelligence and improving the system's efficiency for all users.

Confidentiality

Both the Client and the Service Provider agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information exchanged as part of this Agreement.

Follow-Up During Trial Period

The Service Provider reserves the right to follow up with the Client during the initial three-day trial period to ensure their success and assist in utilizing the software effectively.

Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement by providing written notice. Upon termination, all access to the CRM will be discontinued, and any outstanding obligations will be fulfilled.

Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes, both parties will engage in good faith negotiations to resolve the issue amicably.

Your rights – access to your data

You have the right to ensure that your data is being processed lawfully (“Subject Access Right”). Your subject access right can be exercised in accordance with data protection laws and regulations. Any subject access request must be made in writing to Investor Level Up. We will provide your data to you within the statutory time frames. To enable us to trace any of your data that we may be holding, we may need to request further information from you. If you have a complaint about how we have used your information, you have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
